Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your Froufrous purchases. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, you're welcome to return or exchange online purchases, provided:

Lingerie must be sent back in perfect state, not worn or washed.

Tags must be intact.

You must notify us of your intend to exchange or return within 14 days.

Refunds will be made by the original payment method for the cost of the items. Postage is not refundable.

Froufrous cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit so we recommend sending your items with a registered / traceable and/or insured service.

Froufrous have the right to refuse returns that are not in perfect new condition.
